”All of a sudden I was standing there, my mouth filled with raspberries from the garden, staring at my sister’s Kurt Cobain poster. Didn’t really understand anything, but I still understood enough. A world I was curious about, scary but also exciting, while at the same time I understood that I belonged among the raspberries. My own Grunge was created. A key chain of thorn bushes. An interpretation. The beauty of the few assets we had. The beauty of the strong visualization. The fact that I was in a completely different environment didn’t matter. One was no more real than the other.”
